The first step was just to cover the whole room in yellow paint.
Once everything was drawn on the walls, the colors quickly filled in!

The mural features several brightly-colored birdhouses.
Patients are surrounded by the imagery on all sides with this mural.
I was contacted by the owner of Gentle Touch Dentistry in Tooele, Utah to paint a mural in their basement office to make it less intimidating to patients. The process was somewhat spontaneous, but the colors and theme were agreed upon after communication with the client. The colorful scenery of birds, butterflies, and bumblebees among the trees, birdhouses, and clouds made the space a lot more welcoming!
Once the walls were yellow, some rough sketching happened.
